I stayed in a fantastic room with its own bathroom, a big TV with various channels, air conditioning, and a safe, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I loved the room, its cleanliness, impeccable and modern decoration, at the same time with unquestionable elegance. very good treatment of waitresses and young Juan Raul in customer service always willing to help the guest is positive to mention. location of the hotel is central and swimming pool is small but cosy.
I didn't like the fact that upon arrival, even though I was first in line to be attended to with my mother, the young lady at the reception considered attending to another guest who had just arrived first, but apparently is very much loved by the hotel and yet this gentleman's reservation did not appear and yet I had mine printed and we had to wait for this guest's entire tŕamite to be resolved even though he had arrived after me. What I perceived from this act was that my money seemed to be worthless. The other regrettable thing that happened to me during the reception was that when the young lady finally attended to my reservation, I was going to cancel the total amount immediately which I do as usual as soon as I arrive at a hotel facility, the young lady did not want to and indicated that she would preauthorize my credit card for 100 dollars extra or 50 for each night of a 2-night stay (for possible damage to the facilities), which I understood. Hours later when I checked my online banking I had been pre-authorized for the amount of $260.00 extra to the actual amount of the room payment which I felt was an abuse... Finally on the day of departure I was told that the actual amount would be collected and I would be reimbursed the blocked money within 24 hours which actually happened within 3 days. As a Panamanian it hurts me that these things happen in my country and I hope they don't happen to other guests so they leave Panama unhappy.

The best location in Panama City, in the heart of the financial district, near the coastal strip and well connected to other areas of Panama. There are many restaurants, various establishments and shops in the vicinity, for all tastes and pockets. On another occasion I have been staying in the Casco Viejo, but I personally prefer this location. The Casco Viejo is the most expensive in Panama and can be very noisy at times (concerts and open air shows)The Spa is SUPERLATIVE. The quality of the massages cannot be better. A 10 score.
Perhaps the reception staff could improve the level of customer service a little, but in any case the current level is more than acceptable and does not pose a problem. I reflect this comment as feedback rather than criticism.

First of all, kindness and professionalism of all the staff: from our Consierge Nicole, to the excellent and educated assistant David, all the staff of the breakfast room, always friendly and smiling. I believe this is the best capital of the Bristol Hotel: its work team. Congratulations to all of them! Our room was always ready on time and in good shape, with an impeccable cleanliness. furniture in excellent conditions of use, water of the shower always in optimal conditions of temperature and with such force of water that it allowed until delighting with a personal muscular massage. pool is small but very beautiful, times we used it we were alone with my partner, so for us it was almost a private pool. breakfast is very complete and tasty, always ready and with a perfect replacement of the dishes that are being exhausted. We also had the opportunity to try the culinary arts of the Salsipuedes restaurant, since when we arrived the "Food Week" was taking place: we could taste an excellent three-step menu! In short, an unforgettable experience, at times reminded me of a certain English chain hotel in the city of Boston!
Just one detail that I think you should take a little more care of so that the experience is one of excellence. For at least three of the six nights we spent at the hotel, my bed was assembled with the same set of sheets that in a visible part (headboard), was frayed and with a hole. I understand that they were also Egyptian cotton sheets, so finding them in this state detracts from the quality of the experience. You may have missed this detail, but you must be careful.
