Exceptional service amidst the storm

Woke up to stunning city views and a spacious room that felt like home. The staff's kindness was an absolute highlight during our stay.

However, we faced significant communication issues regarding our reservation changes due to a canceled flight, making the experience frustrating in a crucial time.

Air conditioning struggled to reach the set temperature. it would be great if a water dispenser with flavored options were available near the entrance!!!

The hotel is elegantly designed with comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection is solid but a bit pricey. Location feels quite isolated with limited dining options around. Great walking tours nearby and friendly service make up for it.

The spacious and well-decorated room offered a comfortable retreat after exploring the city, with a rainfall shower that felt invigorating. The breakfast buffet impressed with its variety of fresh local options and excellent coffee, perfect for fueling a day of adventures.

The pool turned out smaller than expected, not ideal for escaping the heat, and the coffee maker turned out to be tricky to operate, which was a letdown given the otherwise quality experience. Furthermore, dining in the hotel came with mixed results. while the breakfast shined, a dinner choice brought a surprisingly oversized, rather uninspiring Caesar salad that lacked the finesse we anticipated.

It was just a good match for a lightning trip in Panama City with very good value for money. The airport transfer was confirmed but then didn’t show, which was frustrating, but they didn’t charge me for my return trip. Remember to double-check your transfer arrangements before you arrive.

Family with kids will love this place

The huge breakfast spread was something else, fresh fruits, pastries, and even made-to-order eggs really hit the spot every morning. Plus, the staff was super attentive, like they really cared about making our stay special, they even remembered my kid's favorite smoothie.

Request a room on a higher floor to avoid nightclub noise for a peaceful stay.

My stay for seven nights was delightful! The Tower Executive room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The spa services exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh and delicious options. Don’t miss the happy hour at the restaurant! Uber rides made exploring easy.

Room upgrades and a warm welcome made the stay enjoyable, though the cleanliness and shower standards didn't quite match the 5-star claim. The breakfast charged separately felt underwhelming, and service was spotty at times, particularly in the restaurant. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.
